This weekend Jessica laid a wreath at the War Memorial in the Lower Gardens for Remembrance Day.
She attended the civic service on Sunday alongside Labour's Candidate in Bournemouth East Tom Hayes to honour all those who have lost their lives to conflict and all those who have served our country.
Jessica said: "On Remembrance Day we honour all of those who lost their lives and all those who have served to protect our country, our freedoms, and our way of life. I am extremely proud of our armed forces personnel, their families and our veterans for the countribution they have made to our country - people like my grandparents who fought in WWII and my Grandad Ken who did his National Service in the 1950s. Theirs in the ultimate public service. I was great to see so many people out in support of our service personnel this weekend."
Jessica also had a visit from Luke Pollard MP, Labour's Shadow Minister for the Armed Forces ahead of Remembrance Day. He showed his appreciation for our armed forces personnel and their families and reiterated Labour's commitment to supporting them. Watch a short video of his visit by clicking below.
