This weekend Jessica appeared on BBC Politics South alongside other political candidate from across the region.
The election has just been called so the programme focused on the two main parties' plans, in particular around the NHS and the cost of living. Jessica set out Labour's mission to build an NHS fit for the future. She also outlined its plan for getting waiting lists down including by funding 40,000 extra appointments a week and reforming the NHS dental contract.
She outlined how people in Bournemouth and across Dorset didn't feel as though they were better off after 14 years of Conservative governments and in her constituency alone they have no NHS dentists and have had two GP surgeries close.
